You are invited to participate in an anonymous online survey that evaluates the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) of optometrists in Canada, Hong Kong, India, UK, and US regarding the assessment and intervention of stroke survivors. We anticipate that the completion of the survey will take about 15 minutes of your time.
Your responses to this survey will be helpful in evaluating the current understanding and practice patterns of optometrists regarding post-stroke rehabilitation. This will also help us to identify knowledge gaps and may identify needs, problems, and barriers in post-stroke management.
You will be completing the study by a secure online service called REDCap. When information is transmitted over the internet privacy cannot be guaranteed. There is always a small risk your responses may be intercepted by a third party. However, your identity is not seen either by REDCap or the researchers of this study. If you need to stop before finishing, you can return where you left off in the survey by clicking on the link again from the same device.
